Honestly i am very dissapointed of your service, when i wrote i got no answer and not even the purchased money back

I think they should consider getting installation discs out to people who have internet connectivity that is spotty or slow. The main frustrations people are having is installation, not gameplay.
I mean i have 250 Mbit but it only workd at 10 Mbit
and when its finished it doesnt even start

its really dissapointing since 20 hours of troubles with microsoft store
if it’s getting hung up… try deleting the last file modified in the main folder, mine was hung up with 3.68 GB remaining, and this worked for me. It had to reinstall the file I deleted but this seems to get it over the hump that the installer was getting hung up on for some reason.

Did you try running the game as the administrator? And just to be clear, you only deleted the last update file… they should roughly be 2GB or less. Then restart the game. For me personally it worked. Also MS has a “known issues” section and the stuck download is one of them, they are working on fixing it, and they have some suggestions to follow there. Good luck.

I have also this issue at the first time for a few minutes, then I am able to finish the download, you said you tried everything, I assume you already did this command netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal maybe worth to give it anohter try execute this command then restart your computer then try again that all what I have done,

developers come on let us download ur game
very strange indeed.
I had to install the ownership certificate manually before the game started. So try that. Windows Store ->you own ->Ownership certificate → install ->fly (or try to fly)
