Extreme crosswinds and wind swings close to the ground on final

Unfortunately, the only solution was / is to set the “Turbulence” setting to medium or low.

For me this isn’t the solution… the only way I find to avoid this issue, is to turn off the autopilot on the runway threshold :frowning:

Which does not take effect in Career Mode, unless something has changed?

Yesterday I flew to Fryeburg (USA) with my Citation Longitude. About 200m before the threshold extreme crosswinds appeared suddenly and slamed the whole aircraft uncontrolably into the ground. This happend in Carreer Mode. The forecast (also the ATC told me to expect calm wind), so did the EFB. The Cessna citation longitude is not a tiny plane. To slam this one to the side and into ground (even with me intensely trying to compensate - but even the controll inputs weren’t enough to compensate the extreme wind) extreme storm like turbulence would be needed. This is as far from being realistic as it can be.

So no! The issue has NOT been fixed! Please remove the “fixed/solution” mark from this topic.

(observed on PS5 in carreer mode).
