I downloaded and installed latest f-15 update and I can no longer see the aircraft while in the simulator. I can see scenery, but no aircraft panel or aircraft is visible. It’s not visible in the hanger either.

I sorta experienced the same when the Typhoon got updated at one point.
I chose another livery and restarted the sim and then the plane showed up again.
Maybe that will work for you too.

Odd, I’ve flown the newest F-15C without any issues. I almost never fly the other variants.
Posting here may get you a faster response, but certainly remove all related liveries and mods and try it again before posting there.
