How is the current version of this aircraft in the game? I bought the plane for FS2020, and a lot of people were recommending it back then; however, I have seen a lot of people more recently say that the flight model is wrong and the plane isn’t to scale.
So how well are the flight and systems modeled in the current version of the plane?

Not great, it’s got too many bugs since the native 2024 conversion and hasn’t improved by a noticeable margin or anything since 2020. As for the flight model, you’ll have to consult a real F-16 pilot or maybe use DCS as a benchmark, as everyone’s opinion on that can be very subjective.
Indeed, hopefully, the dev will be on top of those issues soon. Hoping
