Brief description of the issue:
Currently on the F/A-18E when strobe (STRB) is selected in bright (BRT) or dim, the aircraft tail navigation light (near the top of the trailing edge of the starboard vertical stabilizer) illuminates and flashes, which is incorrect. The lamps that should illuminate are the red-colored tail anticollision lights that are on the outboard sides of the vertical stabilizers near the top. Additionally, the IDENT knob on the exterior light panel has no effect when rotated between positions. The different knob positions should correspond to different flash patterns.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Ensure electrical power is available (minimum BATT switch to ON, APU/Engines as desired).
- Selected position lights knob (POS) not in OFF. (Not sure if this is necessary in the real aircraft; exterior light switch on throttle should already be in NORM.)
- Click STRB switch to BRT or DIM.
- Select IDENT knob as desired.
- Select external/chase camera.
