When flying the default F/A18, if I do a steep descent after I’ve been flying for a while, the plane will not recover. The stick does not pull it up- it just keeps diving and eventually crashes. It has happened repeatedly. I’ll admit I’m still learning the plane but I have never, with any plane, had the joystick stop controling the elevators like that.
Adding to my original post, I am finding the F/A18 Hornet very difficult to fly. It will suddenly bank for no reason and behaves often like it is in severe turbulence. I think I’ll give up on it. Too many other good aircraft to fly that don’t behave this way. Besides, so many functions, even ILS, that are not implimented.
