I was under the impression that if previously purchased these aircraft and they were in 2024 that they would be the 2024 versions even if you have the standard edition. For example, I have a lot of my 2020 aircraft showing up that are in the aviators edition like the Cessna 195. But it is just the 2020 version (no upgrades and the thumbnail is the white vs blue background).

Is this just a marketplace issue for right now as I know it is doing strange things with syncing and with the high traffic of all us trying to go fly. Or is this all it will be and if I want the full upgraded version I’d have to buy the aviators edition?

I asked myself that too. I purchased all the Local Legends and Famous Flyers planes (in msfs 2020), however I noticed that some of these planes are still missing in 2024 and some of those that are present are not fully compatible with msfs2024. For example, amphibious planes seem to me to be unaffected by the movement of the sea and do not leave any splashes of water as well as having nowhere to interact with when you are outside the plane. I would also like to know if the 30 planes present in the Aviator Edition are all already available in MSFS 2024 and if they have been optimized
