FBW A320 documentation

Hi all!
Has anyone seen documentation for the FBW A320? I was looking for a intro to systems and flight preparation. I have a ton of questions and would love to see a tutorial.
I tried joining the Discord channel with the auto-invite you get from the site but it kept giving me an error, and when I launched Discord and added the server, it wanted to verify by cell, which I tried but it just kicks back an error in the text that says I already have a Discord account, which I do…Anyhow, a doc would be good so I can try it out in more depth.

I usually just watch his videos, I’ve learned a lot about the A320 from him.

This also helps too from the FlyByWire team themselves.

Thanks for the info and look forward to watching it!

You can also watch my channel too if you want. But they’re mainly full flight recordings, not tutorials.

Hello @PylotJon! If you want to dive in a little deeper with some feedback and 1:1 interaction, you may want to join fellow pilot @KevyKevTPA Discord here: Discord

I met Kev by doing some live A320 training with him which may give you a better way to ask questions and learn as you go. Hit up @KevyKevTPA or me in the Discord and I’d be happy to set something up if you’re interested.

I’ll check it out- thanks!

Thanks @Fmgc320 for putting that information out there, but you forgot some important things.

First is the database. We keep a database there which contains a list of, as of now, about 80 different aircraft for MSFS, including specs, features, and more importantly, a clickable link on where to get the plane and avionics mods, if applicable. Some of them are just the base aircraft included in the sim, but even most of those have avionics upgrades that not everyone may be aware of. We are also looking for people to help us fill in details, correct mistakes, and prehaps most importantly, point us to aircraft that are not in the database that should be.

So I encourage everyone to join the server (@Fmgc320 posted the invite link), download the file, and help us grow it into a thriving community with, eventually, the most comprehensive database of MSFS aircraft that exists anywhere, including at MS themselves. We also have voice chat rooms that are intended for use for multiplayer flying, since MS provided no methodology for that.

I’m also working on getting a 3d printing service company up and running, but it’s not quite there, yet. But I can handle orders for some parts now, with more hopefully coming soon. I’ll go post a few pics, and if you want something you don’t see, just let me know. Even if that something is as simple as legos for your kids.

So thanks fm for posting that, and I encourage everyone to join us and enjoy!

@PylotJon, hey Jon (at least I’m assuming that’s your name), have you had a chance to join the server? I don’t see you in the roster (at least not under the same name), and I would really love to have you as a member, especially if you’re a RL pilot. I suppose I need to create a RL Pilot category for members who meet that description.

Hi there! Are you talking about the Discord server? I tried but was running into an issue when attempting to add the server to my discord client… As far as RL pilot, yea, I have a PPL single engine. I dont fly for my job though… (oh, and yes, Jon is my correct name! )

@PylotJon do you need a new invite?

Look forward to you joining us!

@PylotJon , feel free to hit me up any time you want to discuss Airbus.
