I have no idea what’s wrong.
All my other planes work fine and the FBW A320 neo has always worked. However, it has been at least a month that both the dev and stable versions aren’t working.
I can steer the tiller on the ground and I can see the aleirons, vertical and horizontal stabilisers working fine while I taxi.
As soon as I accelerate and reach rotation speed, I pull my TCA Flightstick (with the same config I always used for the A380 and A320, which actually moves all surfaces) and nothing happens.
I try to increase the pitch with the trim… but I crash each time. No rotation, not even minimal.
The weird thing goes on as soon as MSFS spawns me in the air after the crash: I can’t pitch, roll or yaw the plane at all and end up crashing again, and again.
Basically, I’m not using the A320 anymore 
and I used to love it.
What did I do wrong?
