Anyone else having issues with the FlyByWire A32NX after the latest update (Sim Update 3)?
From C&D, you can engage EXT power and can hear the blowers spinning up and so on, however no displays turn on, no battery readings, no audio from fire tests, APU doesn’t start etc. Totally impossible to start the aircraft… like it’s not getting any power despite it appearing to do so.
I’ve tried all versions (stable, development, custom), and restarted the Sim multiple times with no luck.
Same problem over here. We have to wait for an update by FBW.
It may be due to the fact that mods have to be updated after the sim updates. Kinda obvious if you think about it.

The FBW team are fantastic and I really commend them for the amazing job they’ve done and continue to do.
I just want to make that clear incase this comes across as me being ungrateful and impatient. That’s not my intention 
No problems that I discovered after the update. Because I implemented the flap fix i removed the a32nx directory and installed the A32nx again via the installer after the update.
Maybe another solution to try. I red that some of the community liveries are causing issues. Maybe install again without custom liveries?

Amazing. The latest update left me with no ability to flight plan or even free fly, much less fly by wire!!
Bingo! Fixed.
I just deleted the entire A32NX folder from my Community folder, installed the aircraft again using the installer, and all is working great again. Only now does it seem like that should have been such an obvious thing to do right at the start.
I mistakenly thought using the “Switch Version” function in the FBW installer would suffice… evidently not. It would appear in that case it only overwrites the necessary files, and doesn’t do a complete reinstall.

I didn’t want to open another thread, but my V/S stopped working properly, can only do 1500ft/m. Or obviously capture the current V/S, but nothing in between
Do we have to say, remove all mods from the community folder and try again?

There is a day one fix available now in the dev branch, so that is working, but the experimental fbw branch hasn’t been updated yet. Anyone experiencing problems just doesn’t have the fixed bits yet. This is all documented in announcements on the FBW discord server.
did the same, so deleted everything and installed it again. V/s cannot exceed 1500ft for some reason? Will wait for the update problably tomorrow or so
Just run the installer (for the FBW a320nx), you are prompted to “Update”.
I did, and things are bakc to normal.

after a fresh install the screens are working but the v/s is clearly broken… cannot get above 1500, hopefully a swift update
The option to update the Custom FBW version just became available. I’ve updated it, though not been able to test it yet (home working).
There are reports of V/S not working above 1500 ft/s in FBW discord
