FBW - I need help (power loss on engines after take-off)

Shouldn’t Assist settings be set to Hard or True to Life in the first place? Usually only usable assist is the taxi ribbon and the ATC assist. Everything else is not needed and might interfere with the aircraft systems anyway.

Not really. I’m no great pilot, but I do enjoy the flying experience and have been doing so since FS1 back in the day. I don’t need to complicate things any further so I want it as simple/but as realistic as I want it.

Yes! It works! Thanks Neo!

Now I’m stuck with NAV TCAS stby and controler could not find my transponder even on the right number and tested all transponder switchs… Any idea?

Switch it over to Auto.

So to TA right? Not working.

I also noted that fuel doesn’t stay at the % I put before leaving the gate, and go back to 11%. Anytime I try.

On the transponder panel, switch the TCAS to TA/RA before you enter the runway before takeoff.

For the fuel, use the EFB Fuel Page to manage your fuel. Don’t use the MSFS Fuel and Payload Weight menu. They’re not compatible with the aircraft anymore.

On the upper left hand corner, switch to auto or else ATC will ask you verify your transponder. And as @Neo4316 wrote, “TA/RA”…

Got it! It works now.
Fuel ajusted in the Ipad.

Noted that the AP approach mode hasn’t catch the ILS. Maybe another test could confirm.

Hello,
I modified your title so that people would know what it’s about before clicking into your thread.

Yes, I know… the only thing I can’t see is the flight plan on the msfs map… is there a solution, I’m more or less guided by littlenavmap

Well, there is. In the Flypad, you can set the MSFS Flight Plan Sync to none. In this case, whether you make your flight plan from Littlenavmap or simbrief, you can load the .PLN file on the MSFS world map, without it messing up the FPLN in the MCDU. That way, your default ATC and the VFR map will still use the exact same flight plan, while the MCDU is indepently following the same flight plan.

This is how I always do it for months, even now:

  1. Create SimBrief flight plan.
  2. Download the FS2020 .PLN file from Simbrief to my PC.
  3. On the MSFS World Map, I LOAD the .PLN file.
  4. Select the starting gate and the destination approach from the drop-down menu (so the flight plan stays intact and doesn’t get refreshed).
  5. Start the flight.
  6. Use the MCDU to INIT REQ the flight plan down from SimBrief.

thanks so much my friend

My engines are switching off while taxiing to the runway. I have all assists turned off. Am I missing a step somewhere? This has only been happening recently, probably since SU9 as well (have always used the experimental version).

I dunno, my engines run just fine throughout the whole flight with the latest experimental version yesterday.

Hmm, perhaps try to reset the assistance again. Reset to Default, Save it. Then switch it back to True to Life preset, then save it again. See if that works.

Otherwise, you could have multiple control bindings that’s in conflict with each other. namely on the engines.
