That‘s not correct then. It should windmill at a fairly high RPM.

They fixed that luckily, it was a mess though with the propeller stopped the vacuum pump is lost (used for standby instruments), interestingly the AP starts to turn in this case as its apparently looking at the standby horizon instead of G1000.
