Brief description of the issue:
I have a few places that I would fly over if they had more up to date or higher res imagery, but until they do, I just sort of check them from time to time. It would be cool if I could specify areas on the map that I care about, and then get some sort of push notification if/when the imagery for that area is updated.
Montauk, NY is a great example of this - low res imagery, out of date, not as high res as what is visible in Bing Maps - I can’t wait until this gets updated, but I don’t want to pop in and check every couple weeks.
