Brief description of the issue:
(from the reported problem) I have downloaded the updates as they have arrived, but only recently recognised theat I wasn’t seeing the benefits of the feature updates.
I wasn’t aware of the need to go to the World Update screen after the big downloads.
To cut a long story short, I followed a video from an on line video, and found my way to the Dwonload site, which apparently downloaded everything, then presented me with a string of further downloads, which I went ahead with.
These started failing, and so I went into the "content manager’, where I found a number of items that hadn’t been installed. By selecting and loading them, I managed to whittle them down to 7, but I can’t get any further.
The images show me trying to “load” UK POI. I think the video shows it better - at 29 seconds, the load changes from 3% - 114.98MB, to 28 Bytes remaining, and the Package has failed to load.
I’ve tried this with each of the packages, and some time, I must have done something different, because the Not Installed went down from 8 to 7, but i can’t budge any of the rest, I’m afraid.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Update package is already downloaded - completed successfully
Start MSFS2020
Go to UK/Ireland Feature update
Go to Content Manager
Select package, and click “Download selected”
Watch progress counter run up from zero to about 4% - appears to be working - at 4% it suddenly stops with the message “Package Failed” beside the selected package, showing a few bytes not completed, and the only option is to “Cancel”
I’ve tried this multiple times, reloading MSFS between attempts, sometimes selecting one upload, sometimes several, and once all 7 outstanding packages, with the same results.
