I might be a bit nitpicky, these look way better than any other sim.
But since we are here next-gen and all, there might be room for improvement xD
Sometimes clouds look like they have holes in them like a fine mesh panel.
Often at times they look extremely blurry, would love to have a bit more sharpness to it or less blur.
(around the edges i mean)

The ‘meshy’ look is an artifact of the generation process. It can be reduced a lot by increasing ‘render scaling’.
I’m assuming the generic look and kinda boring look of the clouds will be upgraded by a 3rd party developer at some point (and at the expense of extra $$).
I think a lot of these issues are down to your graphic settings. I’m on the High End preset and they look gorgeous, the meshiness you’ve experienced is as mentioned above, render scaling.
Running it at all maxed out, 10700k & 2070S
Render resolution is not an option imo with me barely keeping 40fps.
The devs probably have a different solution for this.
But any 3rd party addon is welcome haha, i’d pay for it to look crisp.
at 4k high settings i noticed some kind of artifacts, the clouds look weird 
not sure if it’s just me or if this is something normal.

and especially in thunder storms, you can see it having alot of holes in it like some mesh panel.
The edges look very blurry also
