If you were to use Simbrief to generate your flightplans and use the appropriate profile for the Fenix A320, then each passenger is apparently given an estimated average weight of 79kg and a “bag weight” of 15kg.
I’m fairly sure you can edit the Fenix’s profile if your pax have been to a health farm or tend to carry more luggage, for example.
