I cant order the pushback truck, neither from EFB nor from ATC.
Any solutions?

Seems like people are helping each other quite a lot there.
That’s usually because you’re starting position is in a place where the truck cannot get to you. Spawn in at a different gate and it should work.
For me the pushback work only when I set the aircraft Ready. The truck is in good position and could get me. The status of availability of tug change when I finish my config and ready to pushback.
The Screen on the EFB only seems to work correctly if I’m looking directly at it. If it’s towards the side of my screen whatever I click on doesn’t seem to work. Try that.
