Sadly this is now happening on MSFS2020 too. I upgraded the installer to version 1.0.136 and now it runs then just stops. Have tried all the steps above with some guidance from Fenix support, sent log files etc. Im getting a bit impatient now with being asked to uninstall Fenix different ways and no resolution or acknowledgment the issue is with the new installer.
