I’m a relative newbie, so I hope I’m in the right area?
I’m flying with live weather and live aircraft turned on,as there should be a lot of planes taking off and landing at major airports, but I’d be lucky to see one at all. Could someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong please?? I expected to see many aircraft in the air and moving on the runways…But nothing.

I have the same issue along with my dad. I was on a Delta flight a few days ago and he wanted to follow along in the sim but the Delta flight never showed up. A bit disappointed in the “live” traffic advertising.
The traffic is not set to be 100% of the real life level, simply because at major airports the clearances are so tight the human controllers struggle to keep on top of things, so the basic algorithm that runs MSFS ai traffic would just melt down and it would be an utter disaster.
Also note that air traffic is very suppressed this year for obvious reasons.
