After sending the crash report logfile to Microsoft support, they answered me with two troubleshooting tutorials, but before I even performed them, MSFS launched properly, without any specific other action from my side, so I don’t really know what happened and what made it launch again.
I can’t share links in this message here, so maybe ask the support direclty for these troubleshooting tutorials.
Best advice I can give as well is to find and delete any trace of your addons. Deleting the community folder alone doesn’t help since Windows creates “hidden” copies and logfiles everywhere. For example, delete as well this folder
…\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages
