Thanks for the follow-ups & hint about that new Nvidia driver!
I’m now able to play the game again, this is what I did compared to yesterday when I wasn’t able to run (CTD during loading):
- Grabbed the latest Nvidia, 536.40
- From the approaming folder, removed the fs-base-* packages
- Fixed the system time
Note about 3: I’m using Ubuntu exclusively, I just installed Win11 on a 2nd M2.SSD specifically to run MSFS, and only MSFS. Due to the mixup how these OSes handle system time, my windows system time was always off by 2 hours. I didn’t notice this and has prevented before from accessing stuff I bought on the marketplace.

Now’ I’m flying again from the world map without any issues whatsoever. Let’s see how long this lasts!
