Private Island called Isle de Kelsey with runway and taxi to your front door. This is a fictional design placed on Dog Island. The island is located northwest of Princess Juliana Intl (TNCM) The island has a large house for you or to entertain friends you want to fly in as well as a large patio deck and yacht parked at the dock. I used all default MSFS assets to keep the file size and load size small.

Install
Unzip the file and copy the folder in the zip file called kahngrotbo-isle-de-kelsey into your community folder.

The MSFS Community amazes me….kudos to all of you that put your effort and talents to the benefit of MSFS users.
There is a plethora of free goodies available……I have found many that adds to the enjoyment of our hobby….so thanks again.

I am working on an update to add ILS to one of the runways for approaches as well as fixing some glitches in the scenery. I should have it done in a few days.
New Update (ver 1.1) released
Update Notes
- Complete rework of the island
- Made runway length and width a little more realistic
- Removed trees at end of primary runway and extended the approach lights
over the water
- New Taxi system for easier and more realistic taxing
- Move the parking apron and make it more level
- Added an additional parking spot for a total of 3 parking spots
- Separated the dock area and main house for more of a private resort feel
