I think different people may give you different answers on which card is best, depending on their priorities.
For me, the priorities are, in order, ample VRAM and raw performance, price/performance ratio and then additional features.
That’s why I would pick the A770 over the RTX 3060 or even the 3070, even if the latter has more raw performance but lesser VRAM.
If you pick A770, you will be getting a card that has a stellar price/performance ratio, ample VRAM, will provide a good experience with MSFS at 1080p and will allow you to dabble into higher resolutions.
The flipside is A770 is designed for recent games, good for DX12 but has issues with some older games that were designed for earlier versions of DirectX. Intel is working on improving that, best is to google whether your favorite oldies, if any, are supported before pulling the trigger.
In your list, the only card that would give me pause is the 4070. At 1080p I think it would be a much better performer than A770, but I am not 100% sure how it would fare with DX12 at higher resolutions, I suggest to search the forum for feedback on that, again the 12GB VRAM may or may not be an issue there.
IMHO opinion, it is best to pick a card that is 16GB+ to enjoy the sim comfortably at DX11/DX12 and dabble into higher resolutions, with some room to spare in case MSFS2024 requires it.
That’s why I tend to recommend a new A770, a used RX6800XT (better value than 7800XT imho), 4070ti Super for 16GB cards at different price points.
My personal preference being RX7900XT due to the 20GB VRAM, raw performance, at a fairly competitive price point, but I have not seen it for less than 550USD and that’s on the used market.
Again, different people may have different perspectives based on their priorities, but I think it’s fair to say A770 is a very good all rounder at a competitive price point for MSFS.
