For some reason I cant get more than 47% on the downwind leg section, all other sections I can get above 80-90% but the downwind leg is not going above 50, and I can’t tell why. I reach 6000ft seconds after I turn onto downwind, maintain 80 knots pretty good, drop 10% flaps after prompted, based on the GPS I’m right on the line. What is the trick here?
Same here. Unable to get more than B on this training no matter how much I try. My latest downwind leg was the best among all my attempts, yet I got 49%.
Glad to see I am not alone, so I can forget about this for a while and focus on other things.
Doesn’t really effect anything other than one’s OCD, I moved on after trying about 10 times, got As on everything else and all of my other exams. There are some many other things to do

I hit 49% once on the downwind but after 15 or so attempts I can’t get higher than a B.
I will not rest until I score an A and reach 100% for the training. 
And three years later it remains exactly the same issue with MSFS 2024. I wonder if this has been filed as a bug meanwhile?
The training doesn’t really matter unless you simply don’t know how to operate the aircraft. Even in that case, the score doesn’t matter either as long as you learn what you needed. You can skip right to the exams if you want and avoid many of those hassles and bugs.
Same, it’s funny that I can get nearly 100% on the cert, but on the training not so much lol. I am OCD so I hope they fix this. There are a few training missions/certifications like this. I have to try very hard to ignore them lol.

I wouldn’t care at all about the Flight Training, it’s far away from real anyway. The completionist in me still wants those 100%

While it’s still possible to get an A on that training, the downwind leg still seems to be broken/limited to 49%. You can vote for the issue here: First Solo Flight: "Downing Leg" scoring broken
