In World Update II (1.11.6.0), the dev team added helipads to Hilo International Airport where helipads exist in real life. However, where helicopters should be, there are fixed-wing aircraft, instead.
Maybe they are placeholders for when helicopters become available in 2022? Or maybe they are simply incorrectly placed.
