Flap speeds in multiple aircraft are low causing deduction of points in career mode even at 0 ground speed

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Flaps extended max speed penalty is given in career mode, even though correct flaps speeds are used.

Affected aircraft:

  • Robin DR 400
  • DHC2
  • possibly others

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

All the time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Fly DR 400 and ensure airspeed is in white arc
  2. Extend flaps one notch
  3. Receive penalty
