Brief description of the issue:
When I start a flight, flaps are automatically set to 1 degree. If I press F8 to extend fully, the indicator goes to 30 degrees, then drops back up to 1 degree. No matter where I set the flaps, they go back to 1 degree within a second.

I thought it might be my Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and/or connected throttles so I disconnected them and just have the keyboard- did not fix the issue. I setup new profiles for the Keyboard, Mouse, Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals, Saitek Pro Flight Yoke but the issue still exists.

I tried all the planes and get the same issue. However once I’m up in the air, it all works fine!? What am I missing?

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Flaps won’t go off setting “1 degrees” while on the ground. Works OK once in the air.

No matter, I found the issue. The Simulator had AI assist turned on- “Assisted Takeoff”. I set this to OFF and it fixed the problem. Looks like this changed in the recent update!

@FSEINDHOVEN - I am a Piper Warrior II pilot so I know how flaps work! But thank you for assisting in my question.
