I noticed that this problem even happens outside of the cockpit.

I’ve tried a couple short flights using DLSS and didn’t see it the problem, but I don’t like gfx quality of DLSS, so I’ve been going back to msfs2020.
Yes I’m seeing this also with Virtual Desktop & Quest 3, only seeing it when I’m in the aircraft not in menu, it’s definitely not a Quest 3 or VDXR issues as I can reboot the game while keeping VDXR enabled and the issue goes away,. Intermittent bug for me

Anyone find a solution yet? Can’t too night flights since the flashing lights are so distracting
