ISSUE DESCRIPTION - Flashing red screen with NVIDA DLSS frame generation on

Description of the issue: When DLSS frame generation is turned on Screen flashes RED

How often does this occur for you, every time DLSS frame generation is turned on.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. After update to NVIDA driver 581.29

  2. Turn DLSS frame generation On screen flashes

  3. Turn DLSS frame generation off screen stops flashing

Full Screen - 3840x2160 Nvidia DLSS super resolution - ultra quality - DX12 - Ultra global rendering

[PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it? No

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12? Tired with both DX11 and DX12 same issue.

[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use? RTX-4080 super

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share? AMD-9950x3d 64 gb ram

I’m wondering how you got the Ultra Quality option for NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution in MSFS 2020 - on my side the maximum I can select is Quality.

It looks like you’ve heavily modified the NVIDIA app settings - the screen flashing also suggests that, since I forced it on my side as well. I’m getting less flashing though, probably because I only have Quality as the maximum option and not Ultra Quality.

In the NVIDIA app, go to your profile for MSFS 2020 and disable Smooth Motion.

This feature is mainly intended for games that don’t support DLSS.
