Exactly the same problem here. 3 monitors, 4080 super, 5800x3d.
I have experimented with different graphics settings, quality, TAA/DLSS… same problem persists.
After I remove the two additional monitors, no flickering anymore. Recreating even one extra window brings the same problem back.
