Same problem here. It seems to happen only when at an airport and the vegetation is a certain size or LOD. Once you’re up in the air, the problem goes away.
Changing AA modes did not work. I tried TAA and FSR 2.0 on my Radeon 7900 XT and the problem persisted.
Problem happens inside and outside of the planes. This was not happening in MSFS 2020.
