Just to update on my own “flickering” frame gen issues. I’ve just switched to a 57" DUHD monitor instead of 3 x 4k monitors and i can now use frame gen without seeing that weird horrible flickering on the runway surfaces.
Having never really used frame gen before because of this issue, i can’t really say how well it performs in all situations, but certainly, the weird runway flickering i had MUST have been a multi monitor issue (it happened in both multiview AND surround mode).
So far, very happy with the new screen, much less hassle than the triples, dispite the lower res, still getting great views and obviously better performance.
