Description of the issue: the time scale on the 24h history bar is incorrectly displayed when following provided steps

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- go to flight condition, select Preset
- in flight conditions select Live. Notice the time scale is correctly dispalyed
- click Save and Back to go back to the World map
- on the World map, click Flight Conditions. Notice that the time scale is shrunk
