Flight doesnt want to end

I have a problem.
My flight doesnt want to end. I have the " end flight when plane shut down " on and the plane is fully off and its still doesnt end it.
did someone have the same problem cause its my second time having it.

pretty sure you need to also have the parking brake on to trigger a flight end

I’ve had the same thing happen to me but never bothered to drill down the problem as I just escape out of the flight!

I wonder if it’s airport dependant?

On some aircraft you may need the lights off, or batteries off etc. Its aircraft dependent.

Try changing " end flight when plane shut down " to off. I thought the description was a bit ambiguous as I wanted to leave the flight still open then I use ESC to finish.
If that doesn’t work change it back to on, see if that sorts it.

I think it doesn’t work if you used slew mode at any point during the flight or if you make a mid-way landing (or touch the ground at all, i.e. crash!) and take off again before landing again at your end destination.

It definitely varies depending on aircraft, as some require the avionics master and/or master switches be turned off also.

Its the same for me but I dont consider this a bug or issue. If I want to go back to the main menu and/or end the sim then I just do it myself.

You need to be parked and shutdown where the game wants you to park and shutdown. Under assistance you can turn on taxi assist and it will point out where the game wants you to park and do your shutdown. A more realistic way if you are using ATC is to enable smartview and the camera will guide you to the parking location by pointing the camera where it wants you to go and where to turn. You can also enable copilot to control plane and they will taxi and shut down for you in the right parking spot.

This is happening to me also the last 2 flights. It always used to end after I engaged the crash bar. I would also do a perfect check list shutdown. I’m using the same aircraft as well. I have no idea what’s wrong or what changed. If you figure it out, please post your findings.

If you’re talking about the 930 not wanting to end the flight, that’s been an issue for some of us since AAU 1 beta. Everything is set right, but the flight doesn’t end immediately. During the beta, it was taking up to 10 minutes to finally show the log screen. For me, right now, it takes almost exactly 3 minutes from “quick shutdown” to the logbook screen showing up.
I’ve tried all sorts of variations of shutting down but none have made a difference.
