Page 49 of Joby-S4 User Manual suggets mapping a button to toggle these two modes, LOAD/FLY for Flight Mode and ON/OFF for TRC. The table immediately above shows how Joby features map to MSFS 2024 capabilities, but nothing is given on what Flight Mode or TRC might map to. Where is this documented, or how else caqn this be accomplished?

It can’t. TRC and Up-And-Away (Conventional Flight) modes are completely controlled by the Flight Management System and the Control Laws. If you’re below a specific speed, say 15-20 knots, TRC will kick in if you’re coming out plane mode. If you were cold & dark, TRC will illuminate and come out of armed mode.
