has MS changed the flightmodell with worldupdate?
I haven’t used MSFS the for several month, but i know the flightmodell was nice and direct. Kind of easy compare to DCS but more or less ok.
Now after not playing for several month I had alot of updates to install and finally the whole game is a ■■■■ now.
Flighmodel is kind of washed out. You stear and nothing happens, after a second or so the chessna turns and when you stop turning it keeps turning more and more.
Don’t know hat they have done to this cool simulator but its not playable anymore.
Also the VR behavoiur is strange, you can use the mouse but after some secongs the mouse is not controllable. Win+Y and you can controll it for a couple of seconds until it stops again.
Short to say MS FS is not playable anymore - what went wrong and is there a way of getting the game like it was half a year ago?
found the issue. Don’t use the “aileron left (roll left)” or “aileron right (roll right)”. If you do so the game behaves like a drunken duck. You cannot stop stearing its wanking and turning way too much.
Funny is that it reacts on left an right stearing, but in a way you don’t want!
I have now set aileron, elevator and ruder to the axis without the left/right stuff. Now it works.
I always thought they just have overdefined the controller with way too much settings which makes no senses and their german translation is a pain ontop.
To roll a plan you need one axis but NOT a left axis and another right axis! The axis makes left and right all in one. I have no clue what the programmer thought by seperated the axis in one left axis an one right axis to roll the plane. Probably they have never steared a plane or used keyboard for it 
Anyway - its flyable now, so i am happy.
Why the heck the game has forgotten all joystick settings during update is a miracle to me.
Lol… and there i was trying out DCS for the first time since 2 or 3 years and found the flightmodel to be relatively easy flying the uh-1 and the F-14…
Anyways, have you checked if the clock actually counts the seconds in seconds? (might be that simrate is inadvertantly set to something other than 1) and since you’ve not played in a while and there were updates, check if yer assistances might be on again… that seems to happen to a lot of people too.
They did added fluid dynamics (or how they call it again) to some of the default airplanes, also there’s now a setting for turbulence (low/med/real) that might interfere with yer way of flying.
Personally, i haven’t felt the way you described the behaviour above. Might also help if you posted in which airplane(s) this occurs.
