Flight plan help please

Hi
I need help on this one please.
Ive used simbrief forever.
I do a flight plan , generate it . Go down to downloads click 2020 , save it to download folder ( as i always have) . I even go to my p.c , click dowoad folder and there is my flight plan . Now in msfs 2020 i click on world as you should do get my plane , norm longitude, go down bottom click dowload from this p.c , choose download folder , ive even tried another folder like contents just in case and its empty ? Nothing there ? Sometimes an old plan from weeks ago ? Tried emptying my download folder and just have that one plan, but no its empty . This means I can’t use vatsim either , as there’s no plan .
Can anyone help pleaase , thankyou loads jiim

Is this an MSStore sim, or did you get the sim from Steam?

msfs from microsoft not steam

This is the folder that your flightplans need to be installed to:
C:\Users\your name here\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

thats weird , ive always used simbrief , then down bottom it has download options , i click on msfs 2020 then it gives you your p.c folder options , ive always saved as in downloads, i look in downloads and there it is , ive been doing it this way for 3 years .. no problem , you open game click on world , down bottom click on dowwnloads and download from this p.c , then you open download folder , click on your flight plamn and save , then it goes into your gs1000 , and your plane , there isnt an option to save it to the qyerky folder ..

Make sure that simbrief has the correct address.
It should be the same as the one above, but with your user name.

All should be good after that.

I presume you are using Simbrief Downloader to transfer your (generated) simbrief flightplan to the sim. Ensure that Downloader is directing your plan to the Local State folder as mentioned above - you can change the destination setting. As far as I’m aware you can only load flightplans into the sim itself from there.

Remember this is not the same as using Simbrief to load directly into an aircraft MCDU.

I download my flight plans to the desktop. From the world map, choose the flight plan from the file location and click open. The flight plan should appear on the world map ready to fly. I believe Sevenflyer is referring to the location where the flight plan goes after you open it from your saved location.

Thanks for help l,ll try
