Brief description of the issue:
When I spawn the airplane on the ground and enter in a flight plan manually instead of in the world map, the legs the aircraft flies on autopilot don’t correspond to the legs shown on the map and the waypoints in the flight plan. Namely on arrival and approach, it flies the arrival and approach I’ve selected but the map and flight plan have entirely different waypoints from what I chose. The example I just tested was from PADQ to PANC, direct departure from PADQ leading into ILS 7L at PANC via the ENA transition. (Or technically, going into the AMOTT4 arrival via the EMA transition, but since both transitions are at the same waypoint the arrival is effectively removed.) It works perfectly if I select the same procedures in the world map, and seems to sometimes work when entering the flight plan manually, but other times it bugs out entirely and I’m unsure why. I’ve tested with both the PMS50 GTN750 and the default GNS530, they both exhibit the same issue.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Spawn an airplane on the ground, at any airport, cold and dark in a parking space. 2. Use the avionics to enter in the departure and arrival airports, and to select the arrival and approach procedures (as well as the departure if relevant). Take note if waypoints are missing from the procedures you selected. If not… go back to step 1 I suppose, maybe try a different airport for departure and/or arrival. It’s not every time. 3. Take off and fly your selected route on autopilot, and note how once you get close to the arrival procedure the autopilot will fly it correctly, despite the missing waypoints in the flight plan. 4. Select the same departure and arrival airports in the world map, and also choose the same arrival and approach. 5. Spawn in and note how no waypoints are missing, and the path on the map corresponds to what the autopilot flies.
