@RubricBowl87985, I’ve also experienced this problem. I don’t have a solution for adjusting the flight plan in World Map, but I now routinely “scrub” the plan once loaded into the aircraft. I often have to remove in the aircraft flight management system waypoints that were not in the plan in World Map, and I often encounter discontinuities that have to be removed or replaced with proper waypoints. Also, the cruising altitude is sometimes different in the FMS than in the plan in World Map. If you are flying on a PC, there are alternative flight planners that are more accurate (I am told), such as LittleNavMap and SimBrief. If you’re on Xbox (as I am), you are out of luck for alternatives, as far I as can determine.
