I was able to plan a route and save it. Since my flight planner account is linked to my Xbox account, I thought FS2024 would load the plan I created on my computer or iPad when I select “load plan” on the EFB. However, this isn’t possible. I had to manually load the plan in the G1000 ( I like to use the instrument manually)
It seems that Xbox only allows saving and loading plans within the game. If anyone knows a different way, I’m all ears.
I think this is not about Xbox. From what I have read around, PC users are also having some problems with flight plan loading. This should get fixed eventually, but I don’t think it is at all Xbox specific, if that helps.
The Load to Avionics thing is buggy. I’ve had to do it more than once to get it to work, and not always all the plan loads. Weird stuff like that. There is a lot of upside once the bugs are fixed.
Yeah, i created 2 days ago a plan BRATISLAVA-WARSAW, and came to the game and couldn’t load it. I manually added to the avionics on the G1000.
But the send to avionics thing always work for me as far as the plane has the G1000-3000, but i read this wont work in an airbus or alike with different systems.
I will check again after work. Question, are you opening the efb while on the free flight menu? Or do you choose the departure first and go into the plane, then open the efb?
