Can someone explain to me how to determine wind direction from this page in flight planner? My intuition says runway 01R has 12kts of cross wind and 1 kt of tail wind. However the wind sock indicates the 12kts is a head wind as does takeoffs and landings of live traffic. I suspect my intuition is off but appreciate confirmation of what these arrows actually mean.
