ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
The mission flight plan does not load automatically into the FMS/GPS systems of the King Air C90, the Pilatus PC-12, and the Pilatus PC-24. This requires the user to program the whole flightplan for the mission into the FMS if the user wants to use it for guidance (and NAV mode on autopilot) during flight.

King Air C90, Pilatus PC-12, Pilatus PC-24

  1. Load any mission with above mentioned aircraft
  2. Look at the flightplan on FMS
  3. Observe that it is empty and requires programming of all waypoints

Career mission flight plans do not load into the Cessna Courier aircraft in ā€œmissionsā€. They do just fine in free flight.

On the PC-12 the plan will load into FMS if you use the EFB in the plane, i.e. the mission has already started.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OPā€™s steps to reproduce it?

You can create the flight plan IN CAREER MODE manually in the FMS, but it cannot be activated and the magenta line never appears. So, the plane does not enter in NAV and autopilot does not work.

In free flight you can create EXACTLY the same flight plan in the same configuration and it works perfectly.

Itā€™s astonishing that such an important feature works in free flight but not in career mode. This makes this aircraft completely unusable in career mode.

Anyone knows if this has been fixed in SU1 Beta?

PC-12 and PC-24 need to import flight plan after entering the mission by opening EFB, clicking ā€˜send flight plan to avionicsā€™ and then clicking ā€˜activateā€™ on FMS of the plane. I have not tested C90 yet and it seems using the same system as CJ4.

it is not. you still need to send from EFB to cockpit after loading the mission.
