Flight Simulator 2020 - Steam Download - Unable to Download

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: I’ve been trying to download Flight Simulator 2020 for days, without success.

After formatting my computer, I installed STEAM and downloaded the simulator (2GB). When I start the full download, already in the game, the speed is extremely slow. It takes me 30 minutes to advance 3%. My internet is 500 megabytes.

I was wondering if it could be because I’m on WiFi, so I switched to cable, but there was no improvement. I also checked the possibility of it being the local server, so I turned on the VPN and changed to the US, also without success.

Sometimes the download advances to 3 to 5%, but returns to 2%. I noticed that the 11/525 package in particular is presenting the problem, as shown in the image below.

It is a fresh install in a formatted PC.
