Career Mode is here. If you like it then use it. If you don’t then don’t use it. Case closed… I personally think it should not have been included in FS2024 since it makes the simulator more like a “game” and less like a real simulator like X-Plane. I will probably NEVER use it so I paid for something that I will not use. If FS2024 did not have so many “gotchas” that might have been solved by more development time on the sim then I might feel differently. FWIW
