The version offered on sale in the Marketplace is not the latest version and is unusable after the NZ World Update due to unacceptable frame rates and stuttering. How do I claim a refund ?

It does take a bit after a release (WU and/or SU) for any 3rd Party updates to reach the marketplace - if the 3rd Party developers are aware of an issue.

Im also having lags and stutters during landing, speacialy at 5R runway due to scenary loading. Wich version is the las one?
