Flightlevel constraint question

If i stand correct this means my cruise altitude is FL330 and at waypoint RESIA i need to be at FL290?
When i enter this in my flightplan :

But the waypoint after this point RESIA is again FL330. But in my flightplan Resia is also more or less the top of decent.

Why an altitude constraint from 33 to 29 and then back to 33? Or does it mean do not go lower then FL290? But stay for instance at FL330?

It means from the waypoint REISA on your flight level is 290. You descent to 290 and stay there till the beginning of your descent into your destination.

Thats what i thought… but i dont know why the MCDU says to climb back to FL330 after that…
