ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Flight planner does not see my active navigraph subscription when i want to swith to the latest Airac data. The latest airac data was downloaded to the sim.
It worked before the latest beta update of MSFS2024 and it also still works in MSFS2020.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Every sim load when a load a flightplan from simbrief.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. load flight plan from simbrief

  2. Switch to latest airac data

  3. MSFS say i have no active navigraph subscription

Moved to Sim Update 5 Beta | MSFS 2024 > External 3rd Party Products since OP indicated it was working before the latest beta update and it involves 3rd party flight planning/data tools.

Recommend you report this to Navigraph support so they’re aware.

Thanks, @CasualClick … Yes, please. This has nothing to do with Asobo/MS. Please report this in our forum so that we can check it.
