Flights logged dropped from logbook

I was so happy to see that not a single of my flights was deleted from the log during last week, but today I’ve noticed that only one flight left in the log from every single day from the last 7 day, even if i had 3 flights in the same day, 2 of them deleted.

Such a frustrating stupid bug.

Free flights only, btw.

Yep, 6 out of my last 19 flights across 9 flying days in in 24 have dropped from my logbook, and that’s only in June. The problem began back in SU2 beta and persists into SU2 retail release (am not in SU3 beta so others can speak to that). Cheers!

The weird part is that the bug seemed to be fixed during a whole week and then it returned yesterday, deleting last week’s flights. Noticed only because of the sudden flight hours reduction.

same for me.

All my flights since saturday have disappeared today.
They were still in the logbook yesterday…

Seems to be losing all flights since June 19 for me. I can see the last one when I complete it, it’s then gone and replaced with the latest after next flight.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• Yes.

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Flights appear in the logbook when viewed immediately after completion. Randomly, some of the flights will not be listed in the logbook the following day.
• SU2 1.4.20.0

It’s in SU3 beta also. Just lost a flight I did yesterday

Well at least it is consistent for the sub-set of affected users who are checking in here. That this one is not bug-logged is concerning, so maybe it does not affect all users? No way to tell here.

Yup - still an issue in v1.5.10.0
Three flights in the Piper:

And, after a flight in the C-46, now only two Piper flights. The 5:24 AM flight is gone:

My Personal Comment & Observation
Probably just means the test team has not got around to testing it yet. It’s not a CTD or performance issue, so may not be addressed at this point until SU4.

In SU3 1.5.10.0 I flew SCTT to SCEC in the A2A Piper Comanche and after completing the free flight, I observed the entry was recorded in the log. I quit the sim, but 5 minutes later restarted it to check the flight duration, and the flight had disappeared.

I really hope I am not jinxing anything, but it SEEMS like recorded flights are sticking since SU3 1.5.12. As far as I can see and recall all my flights of yesterday are in my logbook. Not many, only like 5, but that is WAY better than before.

Thanks for the report. Time will tell!

Sorry to disappoint but my post above was today (July 1st), and I’m now assuming it was 1.15.12 - I hadn’t notice there had been an update. So it seems it’s still dropping log rceords

Yeah, on 1.5.12 on Xbox and still missing flights. There is a discrepancy between the stats page hours and logbook hours. I think I’m missing 12 hours worth of flights. My stats page says 49 hours and my logbook says 37 hours.

My logbook reverts to 36 hrs sometimes.

yep, have the same problem. Losing flights in loogbook.
Having 511 flight registered, but loogbook says only 260. Tried for screenshots, but always miss miss the loosing one.
Its a bit frustrating, because I always loose the longer flights…

Edit: Ok, here I have a proof:
First sceen shows 3 Flight today, on second one the middle flight with starship got lost. Didnt we have a similar bug in 2020 and even FSX…?

Have same problem, Stats page shows correct hours, but logbook deletes flights next time I log in to fly. I am X Box X, not on Beta.

Hi ! I don’t if this because of that but since I return to previous version of DLSS with the swapper, sound like the flight remain in the logbook

Hmmm, are you quite sure about that? Since my logged flights have been falling out of the Logbook I have gone through a few new DLSS versions with no affect on my Logbook.

Im on AMD, so no, cant be the issue.
And I never replaced dlss cause of that
