I just signed up to attend FilghtSimExpo 2023 in Houston. This will be my first time to attend an Expo and was wondering if anyone else will be going. I don’t really know any other simmers that will be going and was hoping to have a place where we can network beforehand. What does the Expo involve? What to look out for? Who to meet? Maybe even set up lunches or dinners to meet fellow simmers. Maybe possibly split cost on shared hotel rooms or car pooling. Etc. what do you guys think?

If the organizers of FlightSimExpo put up an official calendar entry for FlightSimExpo, I will move this into General Discussion. But in the meantime, we can keep this here.
In 2021, they used an app for communication with other members. In 2023, they have a Discord server that you can access after you register, and you can talk to other attendees.
Once you get there, there will be events where you can meet and greet fellow simmers.
