That’s not one of the default vehicles. That’s likely added by a 3rd party add-on. I you still see it with an empty community folder, then it’s something you bought from the marketplace. Likely one of those add-ons that the dev did a “fire and forget” on and hasn’t updated to be compatible with newer versions of the sim.
It’s up to you to find what that mod is and uninstall it if you don’t want to see floating vehicles.
That will delete the default stuff in the sim. On next load, the sim would likely prompt you to download those missing packages before you can start it. And it won’t solve your problem.
You need to check the add-ons you have installed from the content manager to determine which caused this issue and delete from the content manager.
